RULES & REGULATIONS
- Cleaning fee included.
- Rentals are from Saturday
to Saturday.
- Small dogs are $100 additional upon approval.
- $500 propane deposit required to heat pool. Actual
usage charged. Must arrange ahead.
- Check in time is 3 PM. Check out time is 10 AM. ($100 surcharge per
hour for additional time.)
- Rented only to adults over 25. No student groups. No smoking in in house.
BOOKING POLICY- 30% deposit required
with signed contract within 14 days to reserve dates.
- Remainder
of balance due 60 days prior to visit.
- $300 security
deposit required as separate check at time balance is paid.
- Signature of contract financially responsible for any damages to structure or contents exceeeding $300.
- Final information and welcome kit sent once balance is paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Full amount refunded with 60 days written notice
of cancellation.
- Less than 60 days, no refund of deposit or balance unless reservation is rebooked.
- Full
amount refunded in case of hurricane declared during arrival time as defined by the US Weather Service or if house is damaged
and uninhabitable due to prior storm.
